Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for the development of Vietnam project management process, follow up the project development and construction stage, control the operation cost and project risk.
2. Be responsible for examining and approving annual plan report, including investment, reconstruction and infrastructure projects.
3. Responsible for completing the application of government permit, including government approval, occupation permit, visa, production permit, etc. 4. Responsible for strengthening the relationship with the government on behalf of the company, establishing a good image of the enterprise and promoting the achievement of new projects of the base.
5. Responsible for the team to arrange tasks, understand the difficulties faced by each department, regularly report and communicate, give appropriate assistance. 6. Be responsible for examining and approving all kinds of expenses of functional departments, examining and approving employee welfare, reward and punishment system, employee employment, etc.
7. Sign daily administrative documents and purchase contracts on behalf of the company to ensure the legitimacy of the company's operation.
8. Responsible for the safety management of the company.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor degree or above, no major limitation, at least 5 years of enterprise management experience.
2. Understand the local manufacturing industry or photovoltaic industry in Vietnam, and have good external relations sensitivity, communication and coordination ability, interpersonal relationship ability and pressure management ability of the government.
4. Good professional quality, strong understanding of cultural differences.
5. Fluent in Vietnamese, fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing, optional in English.
