Position Overview
This position plays a critical role in HR reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional PowerPoint & Excel skills, strong logical thinking, and the ability to communicate fluently in English (Korean proficiency is a plus).
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Data Management & Reporting (Primary Focus )
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, business reviews, and board reports.
• Analyze HR metrics (recruitment efficiency, turnover rates, compensation trends, training impact) and generate detailed Excel reports & dashboards.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR leadership in strategic planning.
• Ensure accurate tracking of HR KPIs, improving reporting mechanisms for better decision-making.
2. General HR & Administrative Support
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
• Support recruitment, employee engagement, and training programs to enhance workforce development.
• Maintain and optimize administrative processes to improve office efficiency.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication
• Serve as a key liaison between the HR department and other teams, facilitating strategic execution.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English and Vietnamese.
• Engage with Korean leadership and provide HR updates when required (Korean language is a strong advantage).
4. Other Duties
• Handle special projects and HR initiatives as assigned by the HR Director.
• Support company-wide events, internal programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
1. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR/Admin, particularly in data-driven roles.
• Prior experience in a multinational company or corporate setting is preferred.
