Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural design from Concept through Basic and Technical Design stages
• Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials
• Ensure clarity and consistency of design intent across all stages
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (Structure, MEP, etc.)
• Support resolution of technical issues and delivery of coordinated design packages
• Contribute to maintaining drawing standards, workflows, and team discipline
Yêu cầu
• 3-7 years of experience in architectural design
• Strong design thinking, spatial awareness, and architectural sensibility
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools
• Experience in residential and/or mixed-use developments is preferred
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in coordination with internal teams and international consultants
