Mô tả công việc
• Overall project management and control, developing a design implementation plan that aligns with the project's overall schedule.
• Implementing and controlling overall design management, overseeing the adjustment of work scope, progress, and cost incurred by design consulting units.
• Evaluating design progress and checking for consistency with other disciplines such as structures, planning, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical, interior, landscape, etc.
• Reviewing all issued documents including design tasks, legal, evaluation, bidding, and construction activities to ensure compliance with the overall project.
• Ensuring effectiveness of design solutions from concept to implementation.
• Reviewing and evaluating changes in design work from concept to construction implementation.
• Managing and controlling the overall project, developing a design implementation plan that aligns with the project's overall schedule.
• Supervising the architectural design process during construction with the lead architect.
• Monitoring and controlling the design budget to avoid cost overruns during the design implementation process.
• Controlling design within the project budget.
• Establishing controls for construction activities to ensure compliance with approved design.
Yêu cầu
1. Education:
• Graduation from a university or higher in Architecture or related fields.
2. Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in equivalent roles.
• Experience in designing large-scale projects such as high-rise apartments, resorts, commercial areas, etc.
• Professional knowledge: Certificate of professional design practice.
• Ability to manage design, technical construction files.
• Familiarity with current standards and regulations.
3. Skills:
• Leadership skills, supervision and project management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with related departments to achieve high work efficiency.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, high sense of responsibility and ability to handle work pressure.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal communication)
