Working location: Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City
About the Company:
TRIAC Composites is a leading company in Vietnam specializing in the design and manufacturing of composite boats using advanced technologies and international standards. We are seeking a Design Draftsman to join our engineering team and play a key role in developing detailed technical drawings to support our production operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Create detailed construction drawings for primary and secondary boat structures, furniture, and onboard systems based on assignments from the Design Manager and Production team.
• Establish and maintain accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Digitize and document physical templates to generate cutting kits for boat production.
• Support the Production Office in resolving manufacturing issues on a daily basis.
• Provide technical insights to improve productivity and efficiency across production processes.

Yêu cầu

• Experience in technical drafting or a related engineering field (preferably in shipbuilding, composites, or mechanical engineering).
• Proficient in CAD software and technical drawing standards.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in English (working directly with an Australian manager).
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and within a team.

WORKING HOURS
• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Weekends off)
• Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
• Short breaks: 10:00 - 10:15 AM and 3:00 - 3:15 PM.
