Mô tả công việc
Evaluating the feasibility of tooling for layup, PCM, trimming, gluing, cooling, assembly during RFQ
Design and review tooling (layup, PCM, trimming, gluing, cooling, assembly) for manufacturing and prepare mold/jig request sheet
Change or optimize tooling to facilitate the end users and solve existing problems
Prepare tooling instructions as guideline to train the operators
Trouble-shooting and problem-solving for tooling during manufacturing
Perform DFMEA for tooling design and Lesson-learned knowledge database
Working closing with process engineers and product engineers to solve problems of product development
Supporting any R&D activities/projects in technical department.
Thử việc: 60 days
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.

Yêu cầu
At least 3years of experience working as a design engineer in the plastic molding, stamping mold, or tooling manufacturing industry.
A college degree in engineering or technology is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with surfacing processes is preferred.
Knowledge of GT&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is required.
Proficiency in using NX and SolidWorks for 3D molding, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, is preferred.
Hands-on experience in a composites manufacturing environment is a plus.
