Design Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the design and development of visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, branding, events, and other creative projects.
Develop visual concepts based on creative briefs and ideas, including visual research, reference gathering, and moodboard development.
Create artwork, adaptations, and resized assets across different formats and communication channels.
Collaborate with the Creative/Art Director and cross-functional teams to develop and finalize creative outputs.
Receive and incorporate feedback while ensuring the quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Stay updated on the latest trends in design, advertising, social media, fashion, and pop culture.
Explore and apply AI tools for visual research, creative exploration, asset generation, retouching, and workflow optimization.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field; final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong foundation in composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout.
Strong aesthetic sense with a good understanding of visual identity and brand consistency.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools for creative exploration and production, with the ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs.
Creative mindset with the ability to conduct visual research, explore references, and develop ideas from a brief.
Proactive, eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to meeting deadlines.
A portfolio is highly preferred.
