Designer Executive

DUTIES:
• Coordinate with internal team and Account Team to develop ideas and design for products and services according to customer requirements.
• Strong in designing Social Post (On many different platforms).
• Work with the account team to pitch ideas for new project (including banding: logo, brand identity, brand/campaign area,...)
• Conceptualize and coordinate designs for customer campaigns on digital channels.
• Design, supervise printing and construction of brand identity, media publications (online and offline) and serve company events, workshops (If any)
• Work with customers, presenting and advising them on proposed style, format, print production and timing...
• Review the final layout and suggest improvements if needed.
• Work with suppliers (photographer, stylist, production house, 3D team, printer...) to ensure finished product quality and meet deadlines.
• Update new design trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduated college or higher majoring in graphic design, arts... or have related training certificates.
· Have at least 4 years of experience in a design position. Having experience working at agencies is a big plus.
· Able to use design software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign...
· Knowing how to use video processing software is an advantage (Premier, After Effects...)
· Design and present well on Power Point.
· Good aesthetic sense, passionate about design, rich in creative ideas.
· Have a high sense of responsibility, able to complete work well under high pressure.
· Careful, dynamic, responsive, enthusiastic, able to work independently, plan your own work and complete deadlines, have a team-work spirit.
