- You will work in a very hands on environment with the chance to learn many new skills, directly contribute the the design of each seasonal collection and the development of the brand.
- We are looking for a humble, honest and brave team player who is always open to learning new skills and adapting to the fast moving, ever changing world of fashion.

- You will work with Design Director, development and production team to develop concepts and print artwork each season that are fashion driven and reflect the brand identity.
- You will work in a supportive and creative environment where you will have the opportunity to refine your fashion skills and knowledge.
SCOPE OF POSITION
• Work with the Design Director and fellow designers to research and develop concepts for each seasons collection.
• Create sketches, print artwork and garment concepts to match the seasonal design direction.
• Contribute to researching and outsourcing fabric and trim to support the designs..
• Support design team to produce technical information for sampling and work with sample department to develop prototypes.
• Support production team through the lifecycle of collection.
• Contribute to photo shoots, social media and other forms of promotion.

PROFESSIONAL/ PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
• A strong personal fashion sense and ability to interpret trends and understand branding.
• Great communication skills and a strong ability to interact with other team members and outside contractors.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Flexible and adaptable personality, with the ability to self-manage and handle multiple priorities at once.
• Must be able to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Available to work full time.
• Interest in and familiarity with Contemporary International
Culture: Fashion, Design, Photography, Art and Music.
FOR SERIOUS CONSIDERATION
• Formal study in Design or related field.
• Strong ability in drawing, painting and computer rendering, with a good understanding of color.
• Some basic knowledge of garment construction.
• Basic understanding of photography.
• Textile knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel.
• English speaking.
