Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Designer to join our growing team. This role is crucial to the success of our joinery projects, as you will be responsible for managing and producing accurate shop drawings from initial concept through to "Issued for Construction" stage.
You will work closely with our project team and subcontractors to ensure all designs are aligned with the contract's design intent, delivered defect-free, and completed on time to the highest quality standards.

The Designer has the following key responsibilities:
Project Management
Setting up finishes Schedule
Approve finishes Schedule
Collate all project documents
Shop drawing process:
Subcontractor
Submit SD (shop drawing) request to our subcontractor
Review SD design
Submit SD to the builder with the program
Make any changes to the SD
Submit IFC & approve for production
Internally
Draw full project shop drawings
Submit SD to the builder with the program
Make any changes to the SD
Submit IFC & approve for production
Reporting
Attend weekly meetings
Provide weekly updates on
Job-status of work in progress
Issues with a shop drawing
Core Competencies
Has a comprehensive understanding of the joinery industry
Experience in interior design, understanding interior intents
Ability to read construction plans & shop drawing
Understand the Architectural plan & design intent
Knowledge of using AutoCAD software

Ability to work towards deadlines
Results-orientated, strong follow-up on tasks
Manage projects utilizing a project management system
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a professional manner
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
