The
Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping ĀRCA's visual identity across branding, packaging, and social media.
Working closely with the founder/team, this role requires both execution and strong visual judgment. You are not just designing assets, you are helping define how the brand looks and feels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Visual System
Refine and evolve ARCA's current brand identity
Develop a cohesive visual system (typography, layout, composition, visual language)
Ensure consistency across all brand applications
2. Packaging Design
Design packaging for merch products
Apply a clean, minimal, premium design approach
Prepare print-ready files and basic mockups
3. Marketing Materials
Design flyers and assets for launches, events, and activations
Maintain a refined, high-end aesthetic (not sales-driven or cluttered)
4. Social Media Design
Create templates and visual assets for social content (posts, carousels, reel covers)
Support consistent monthly output
Ensure alignment with ARCA's overall Instagram visual direction
