Developer Manager Java Full Stack

● Directly communicate with Product, Developer, QA and Executive teams.

● Control project plan execution for the team's feature.
● Collaborate with team members to investigate, analyze, design and estimate
features based on specification.
● Participate in required meetings.
● Handle internal processes for team members (hiring, training, performance
review, etc.).
● Conduct code review for team members.
● Support revolving business logic and technical problems for team members.
● Process issue from Support/QA team and/or assigned to team members.

Required Qualifications:

● Management experience of a 6+ team.
● Management experience of 6+ years.
● Be able to manage international teams
● Willing to hands-on with coding beside management
● Experience with team collaboration frameworks like Agile.
● Fluency in Java and the related ecosystem.
● Strong experience with object-oriented development..
● Strong experience with design patterns, programming principles.
● Strong experience with Spring framework, Hibernate.
● Strong experience with multi-threaded, network programming.
● Experience with modern Web programming.
● Experience with modern APIs, SDKs.
● Experience with Linux bash, Powershell.
● Experience with analyzing and designing system architectures.
● Knowledge with virtualization and cloud computing.
● Able to write components, moduled, cleaned and well tested code.
● Able to follow existing code standards and set new ones.
● Able to use SVN and Git.
● At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position.
● Upper-intermediate in English (or higher level)

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of low level database mechanisms (WAL, RMAN) is a plus.
