Develop and maintain payment-related features in POS systems (PAX/Clover, Authorize.Net, Cash, Tip, Tax, Refund).
Manage invoice operations: add/edit technicians, calculate taxes, discounts, and service fees.
Integrate and manage peripheral devices such as printers, card readers, retry queues, and connection monitoring.
Build and optimize real-time synchronization features using SignalR / Socket.IO.
Develop backend services using .NET Core / C#, and optimize SQL Server queries for high performance.
Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and provide timely hotfixes.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and other departments to ensure system stability and efficiency.
(Optional) Participate in developing embedded or Linux-based POS applications using C++.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core / C#.
Integrate POS devices such as PAX, Clover, Authorize.Net, printers, and card readers.
Implement invoice logic including tax, discount, tips, service fee, and technician assignment.
Optimize SQL Server performance (queries, stored procedures, indexing).
Develop real-time communication features using SignalR / Socket.IO.
Analyze logs, debug issues, and deliver production hotfixes when necessary.
Collaborate closely with QA, Product, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in backend development using .NET Core / C#.
Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
Hands-on experience with real-time communication technologies such as Socket or SignalR.
Solid understanding of API integration, distributed systems, and data flow between services.
Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English.
Strong analytical thinking, sense of ownership, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
