Mô tả công việc
Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines across all environments, including build, deploy, and rollback.
Operate and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes in production.
Design infrastructure as code and automate provisioning end to end.
Build observability (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting) and use it to improve reliability and cost.
Handle traffic spikes and capacity planning for high-concurrency media delivery.
Participate in on-call and incident response, drive postmortems and follow-up fixes.
Harden systems and pipelines: secrets management, access control, vulnerability scanning.
Document infrastructure, processes, and runbooks, and keep them current.

Yêu cầu
At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE with production ownership.\
Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes in production: deployment, scaling, troubleshooting.
Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
Production experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Infrastructure as code (Terraform) and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go).
Able to read English technical documentation and communicate in writing with foreign partners.
Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals.

Total Income = Net salary + Performance bonus (>14 months salary).
Review salary twice per year base on your performance and output.
