Mô tả công việc
Academic area
- Work under direct supervision of School Principal on all issues related to the school operation (students, teachers, parents) to ensure the best quality offered.
- Assist the School Principal in coordinating the work of foreign and Vietnamese teachers, between teachers and the school to ensure clear communication
- Provide orientation and ongoing training for foreign and Vietnamese teachers
- Communicate all the policies of the schools to foreign and Vietnamese teachers
- Conduct class observations of foreign and Vietnamese teachers
- In charge of professional meetings for lforeign and Vietnamese teachers
- Check quality and format of lesson plans, weekly progress books, materials to send to parents to make sure they follow the requirement
- Act as supporting/replacement teacher when there is the Feed
- Write letters to parents, for example, new teacher introduction, class change, tuition etc
- Lead meetings with teachers on issues approved by School Principal
Parents & customers
- Develop close and trusting relationship with parents
- Handle comments/complaints from parents
- Provide consultation for parents
- Provide timely report on any feedback to the School Principal from parents
Other tasks
- Other tasks as assigned by the School Principal
Yêu cầu
- BA Degree or Master Degree with major in English/ educational management
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proactiveness, creativity, truthfulness and high responsibility
- Experience to work with TAs and foreign teachers
- At least 1 years experiences in education
