Điều Phối Marketing (Marketing Coordinator)

1. Marketing:
• Responsible for the creation and implementation of the dealership's marketing annual / quarterly / monthly plan; also maintains routine updates of the marketing plans.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis when necessary along with customer database analysis and management. Keep close relationship with customers.
• Develop and manage annual/quarterly/monthly marketing budgets, regularly monitors expenditures and prepares summary reports
• Coordinate with other Departments to propose, monitor and analyze marketing promotion. Register promotions with Department of Industry and Trade. Update to related department and Accounting after registration.
• Work with the Events Coordinator to plan and execute promotional events. Measure & evaluate the success of events after completion.
• Take care of H.O.G chapter activities.
• Develop new ideas for reaching end user markets.
2. Advertising & Promotion:
• Work with the Designer and Videographer to create, review and edit Promotional & informational materials such as: press releases, brochures, print ads, event and promotional videos, etc.
• Manage the production of marketing materials.
• Establish and maintain contacts with media
• Work with the Digital department in monitoring social media i.e. Facebook Fan page (daily basis). Others upon request.
3. Other tasks:
• Work with the Digital department in briefing in brand content and developing content plans on FB as well as content for the Website.
• Handle customers' complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude to strengthen relationship with customers.
• As assigned by Managers.
