Gather business and analytics requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into detailed tracking plans and technical specifications.
Define tracking events, event properties, user attributes, trigger conditions, data types, and sample payloads.
Design and maintain data layer specifications for websites and digital platforms.
Implement tracking through Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems.
Configure tags, triggers, variables, and custom JavaScript for data collection.
Ensure event data is accurately sent to analytics platforms, CDP, marketing platforms, or third-party measurement tools.
Work with
developers to implement events that require frontend, backend, SDK, or API integration.
Perform QA testing and validate analytics implementations before each release.
Use browser developer tools, GTM Preview, network requests, debug tools, and platform logs to verify tracking.
Identify and troubleshoot tracking issues
Monitor data quality and identify anomalies after deployment.
Reconcile data across websites, applications, analytics platforms, and CDP.
Maintain tracking plans, event dictionaries, data inventories, implementation guides, and testing documents.
Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technical teams for analytics and tracking initiatives.
Participate in release planning and ensure successful tracking deployment for new features and enhancements.
Support Data, CRM, Product, and Marketing teams in understanding and using tracked data.
Recommend improvements to data collection processes and help standardize tracking across digital platforms.
Manage multiple analytics implementation projects simultaneously.
Experience in Digital Analytics, Analytics Implementation, Web Tracking, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager.
Experience implementing analytics tracking for websites or mobile applications.
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Firebase Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
Understanding of data layers and event-driven tracking.
Strong knowledge of HTML, and JavaScript.
Experience performing analytics QA, debugging, and data validation.
Ability to use browser developer tools to inspect DOM elements, network requests, cookies, local storage, and console logs.
Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, HTTP requests, and webhook integrations.
Experience integrating CDP, CRM, marketing platforms, databases, Google Sheets, or third-party APIs through n8n.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, Personalization, or Loyalty platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Good communication and technical documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
