Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable solutions
Initiate product/feature ideas to elevate in-app user growth
Test products/features, ensuring successful integration into the marketplace
Manage in-app products/features to optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and retention
Plan and execute in-app and out-of-app communication campaigns to keep users engaged
Conduct user research to refine and improve products/features based on insights and feedback
Provide post-sale digital customer care to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Power BI is a plus
