Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Digital Marketer and Communication Specialist to join our team in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, as well as managing internal and external communications to enhance our brand presence and effectively engage with our target audience. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, promoting our services, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract target audiences, and drive customer engagement.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, website and content marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audience segments, understand their needs, and develop targeted marketing messages.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display advertising, and social media advertising, to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive and innovative.
Communication:
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to effectively convey our brand message and engage with stakeholders.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including website, blog, social media, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing collateral like banners, posters, standees, signage, flyers, goodies, ..
- Manage social media accounts, monitor online conversations, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and partnerships.
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, webinars, conferences, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all communication channels.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or Communication Specialist, preferably in healthcare or similar service sector with international exposure.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging and persuasive content for different communication channels.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation (chatbot, email automation, lead capturing, CRM implementation,..)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Familiarity with media relations, press release writing, and media monitoring.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and communication campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced international environment.
- Preferred candidates with passion and experience in visual design, photo and video shooting and editing.
