We are seeking a super creative, results-oriented Digital Marketing & UI/UX Specialist who will play a key role in driving user acquisition through innovative marketing while crafting seamless, engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that meet business objectives and boost user growth.
• Create and manage content calendars to drive brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, using insights to improve effectiveness continually.
• Work closely with content creators and influencers to launch engaging user-generated content (UGC) and promotional campaigns.
UI/UX Design
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and preferences, developing targeted user personas.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead and Product Manager to design and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Create responsive, mobile-first designs that align with our brand and elevate user experiences.
• Partner with developers to ensure user-friendly and visually engaging designs that improve user flows and satisfaction.

Yêu cầu

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing with demonstrated success in campaigns.
• Minimum of 2 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of mobile and web projects.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager) and design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and excellent visual design skills.
Language Skills:
• Vietnamese: Standard
• English: Fluent

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1.5-hour break).
