Mô tả công việc
• Manage and operate the Group's social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram,
TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and schedule regular posts that align with the brand's direction.
• Write, edit, and design content for posts, short videos, images, and infographics.
• Update and maintain website content (news, projects, images, articles, etc.).
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO to improve website ranking on search engines.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of communication channels (traffic, engagement,
follower growth, conversion rate, etc.).
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, HR, Project, Corporate Communications, etc.)
to develop suitable content for different audiences.
• Propose communication, advertising, or online marketing campaigns.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or IT.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proficient in social media platforms and capable of creating engaging content.
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) is
an advantage.
• Strong writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently or in a team.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
