Ensure reply all email from Client requirement/hotel queries within 24 hours and offer solution within 8 hours
To upload rate/package to contracted website as per E-commerce manager's instruction
Generate reservation report : Weekly report, monthly report, materialize report (RN, Revenue)
To check across the inventory and filling /top up allotment on OTA if the occupancy is low or left in order to ensure maximum profitability online channel
To be up-to -date hotels products knowledge
Handle B2B/B2C - wholesale system
Ensure rate parity among OTA channels
To do market survey, analysis competitors
Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals depending on season / traveler type
Growing portfolio of existing accounts, both organically and searching for new partner relations
Assist marketing agency in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns
Provide forecasts to leadership for sales and marketing organizations
Develop, train and mentor sales team to implement sales strategy and carry out SOPs in a professional manner
Attending networking events / trade shows to showcase Palma Resort

- Basic knowledge about digital marketing
- Familiar with Facebook ads, Google ads, OTA channels, and other digital media channels
- Active with social media trend
- Ability to write short content in Vietnamese and English for advertising
- Be creative is a plus
