Mô tả công việc
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPC, CPL, Conversion, ROAS, etc.)
Identify and promptly resolve issues to ensure stable campaign performance
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Sales) to improve advertising effectiveness
Analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimization
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Yêu cầu
Proven experience in running Google Ads campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimization
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Willing to work night shifts Monday to Friday, onsite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience running ads for the US market
Background in advertising for nail salons, beauty, or local businesses
Understanding of US customer behavior (search intent, peak hours, booking behavior, etc.)
Experience optimizing conversion funnels (lead forms, calls, bookings, etc.)
Familiar with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
Good reading comprehension in English for working with campaigns and data
