Marketing & Content Creation Specialist (Entry-Level)
Profile Summary
A young, enthusiastic, recently graduated marketing talent with a strong hands-on mentality. This person is a creative doer who loves producing content, working with digital tools, and quickly turning ideas into practical results. Tech-savvy, curious, and comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation:
- Produce and edit short-form video reels for social media.
- Design visuals, graphics, and basic layouts for posts, brochures, factsheets, and presentations.
• Social Media Execution:
- Set up and run social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Monitor engagement and apply simple optimizations.
• Sales & Marketing Materials:
- Create and maintain price lists, brochures, factsheets, and product sheets.
- Develop clear, visually attractive company presentations.
• Digital & AI Support:
- Use AI tools for content generation, editing, research, and workflow optimization.
- Provide general digital support for marketing and communication tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Education:
-Recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a similar field.
• Skills & Strengths:
- Hands-on, proactive, and eager to experiment.
- Strong digital skills; enjoys learning new software and AI tools.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Ability to design simple but attractive marketing materials (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).
- Good understanding of social media trends and formats.
- Organized, fast learner, and able to switch between tasks easily.
• Mindset:
- Creative "wizz kid" who loves technology.
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic about content creation and
digital marketing.
- Not focused on strategy or long planning documents-loves doing, creating, and executing.
