You'll do
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and monitor PPC campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and ROI optimization
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign performance.
Customer Journey Optimization
- Customize, optimize and track the performance of the customer journey from the awareness phase to product usage, conversion to paying customers, and encouraging repeat purchases.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and campaign performance for stakeholders.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, customer io, and others to track and report on campaign performance and user behavior.
Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify new opportunities and growth areas to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools.
Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO, and social media advertising.
