Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing Facebook Ads and creating engaging content.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, ...) and video editing tools (e.g., Capcut).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Solid understanding of web design principles and experience in optimizing landing pages for conversion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with e-commerce or retail marketing.
Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools.
Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: 16M-22M VND
A competitive salary with 13th month salary, annual performance bonus and a variety of allowances.
