About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and data-oriented Digital Marketing Intern (Online Growth) to support our regional marketing activities. We would like to nurture your talent for you to grow along with the company and become an essential part of our organization.
In this role, you will assist with designing a strategy for growth, performance marketing execution, lead funnel tracking, and content updates across our digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
1. Growth marketing and Lead funnel support
• Support to monitor ad performance dashboards across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Proactively brainstorm and develop new
Business development initiatives to grow the business along with the marketing and management team.
• Assist in lead funnel management: tracking, initial contact, status updates, and pipeline reporting in our CRM.
• Support ad creation and asset management, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and platform nature.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in analyzing performance data to identify issues, trends, and strategic opportunities.
2. Website and social media management
• Strategize and prepare digital content, including blog posts and LinkedIn posts
• Help manage and update our website (WordPress) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
• Work with designers to produce visuals and ensure visual assets are aligned with branding style.
• Stay updated on
digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry regulations relevant to B2B services in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Assist in website performance monitoring, including traffic analysis, basic SEO checks, and technical issues.
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing.
• Available to work full-time, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
• Proactive attitude to reflect on business strategy for growth and to recommend new approaches and lead creative tests.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), managing website content (WordPress), and modern SEO practices.
• Keen interest in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Strong written and spoken English. Confident in working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and diverse stakeholders.
• Interested in B2B marketing for consulting firms, accounting practices, fintech providers, or SaaS companies. Previous experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously.
