Digital Marketing Manager (Phu Quoc Based)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS)
Proficiency in digital analytics tools and methodologies for campaign performance analysis and optimisation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with digital marketing in the Vietnamese market and familiarity with local digital platforms and trends
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in digital marketing
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members
Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese would be advantageous
