*About The Job:
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, management, execution & optimization of all digital marketing initiatives to build the Dat Bike brand, engage customers, and drive growth. This role requires a strategic and analytical marketer with hands-on expertise in digital tools and campaign management.
* Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Dat Bike's brand goals and business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across key channels, including:
- Email marketing
- Social media platforms
- Display advertising
- SEO/SEM
• Oversee campaign budgets to maximize ROI while meeting brand objectives.
2. Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Measure and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs (e.g., store test rides, website traffic, conversions, ROI).
• Use advanced data analysis to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and refine strategies for better performance.
• Design and execute A/B tests and conversion experiments to continuously improve key metrics.
• Evaluate customers behavior across digital channels and touchpoints, leveraging insights to enhance user journeys and optimize engagement.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate and manage partnerships with agencies and external vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for digital growth.
4. Content & Social Media Management
• Design, build, and maintain an engaging social media presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high user engagement.

* Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
* Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel Pivot).
• Strong understanding of web design; digital platforms principles and user experience.
• Analytical skills to evaluate customer journeys and identify trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and working with content and design teams.
