Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer who will help our marketing team to bring our brands closer to Viet Nam customers-both online and on the ground. You'll manage campaigns, events, and social media to grow our brand sales. Key Responsibilities
Online Marketing & Social Media
• Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube).
• Create engaging content-copywriting, graphics, and short-form videos-that resonate with the Viet Nam market.
• Assist in planning and running digital ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages promptly and with professionalism.
Campaigns & Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to brainstorm fresh, creative campaign ideas.
• Support execution of promotional activities and ensure campaigns meet deadlines.
• Participate in occasional special projects and promotional activities.
Research, Data & Reporting
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Collect leads from ads, events, and online engagement, then coordinate with the sales team for conversion.
• Prepare reports on campaign results for the
Marketing Manager.
Events & Coordination
• Provide support in organizing events, trade shows, product launches, and seminars.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Accounting) and external partners (agencies, suppliers).
• Assist with marketing budget documentation and expense tracking.
