As a
Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Ads), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to drive user acquisition, improve campaign performance, and support marketing activities through data-driven strategies and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Zalo.
Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance (CPI, CPA, CPL, ROI, etc). to optimize effectiveness and budget allocation.
Research customer personas, analyze user insights, and develop tailored advertising messages for different target audiences.
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance and cost efficiency.
Handle issues related to advertising policies, ad account management, and platform approval processes (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Execute Email Marketing activities, including template creation, content preparation, and email deployment for campaigns.
Collaborate with relevant teams to support and execute marketing campaigns for new projects.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates to improve campaign performance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager/Board of Directors.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with App Install Campaigns.
Proficient in Facebook Ads; experience with TikTok Ads and other advertising platforms is a plus.
Basic skills in advertising content creation and image/video editing for ad campaigns.
Preferred candidates who can independently create/edit simple marketing materials for advertising purposes.
Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Work from home 1 day a week (Optional).
