Mô tả công việc
• Develop digital media strategies alongside business goals aligned with the vision of Cuckoo Vina for platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Google, TikTok...)
• Create digital content including website articles, social platforms and related field
• Spread the Cuckoo Vina campaign/message through social media and other online platforms
• Establish our online presence and keep create brand awareness through suitable trendy activities
• Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies
• Run day to day social media and search engine optimization (SEO-SEM) audits to ensure best practices are being used
• Monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads
• Create and co-operate with Agency/Internal Team making unique brand identity online
• Create and co-operate with Agency/Internal Team making visual concepts for promotional activities (Online Sales)
• Increase Cuckoo Vina sales through performance marketing activities (Onsite - Offsite)
• Supervise/Maintain ROI and KPIs
Yêu cầu
• Proven work experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or relevant role
• Portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred
• Knowledge of basic/advanced HTML and web publishing (CMS)
• Backend familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, Tiki and other marketplace seller center is a PLUS
• Attention to detail & ability to multi-tasking
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and over 3 years of experience of Digital Marketing operation (Social Media Plan/Strategies/Execution, Budget Flow allocation, Evaluation)
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Effective leadership and time management skills
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Attention to detail & ability to multi-tasking
• Fast learner about new working environment and adaptation
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
• Logical mindset is must
• Good in working with data, analyzing and collecting among platforms
• Good in both team working and as individual
• Brainstorming as needs and creative in working flow
