Việc Làm Tốt [protected info] is a fast-growing vertical at Chợ Tốt that aims to to provide an effective and reliable platform for both job seekers and recruiters. We are seeking a user-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in order to strengthen our user growth vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take ownership of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok ads as well as on-off channels when needed to drive performance campaigns. Work with the tech/product team when needed to ensure correct tagging of custom events to track accurately on digital channels.
Develop digital strategy, digital plan and execute to acquire Job seekers in focused segments as well as maximizing users' success (eg: view specific job ads or applying for a specific job ads) on the platform .
Work closely with the business analysts to jointly contribute to the holistic demand growth across the funnel (acquire → activate → engage → retain), ensuring alignment with Jobs's business goals.
Actively suggest and conduct A/B testing to improve campaigns performance.
Conduct weekly reports and monthly analysis as well as evaluate the channels performance, make recommendations, monitor results closely.
Explore new channels/optimisation tools (eg: youtube short, automation workflow tools such as n8n, etc) to further enhance digital performance and keep updated with popular trends.
Take on new ad-hoc projects when requested by your team lead/head of department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

Minimum 1 years of experience in Digital marketing. Have familiarity in advertising platforms such as Google Ads (search ads, dynamic search ads, shopping ads, GDN), Facebook Ads (as catalog ads, conversion ads), Tiktok ads (ex dynamic product ads), others app install advertising platforms, etc.
Also experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mobile Measurement Platform (eg Branch, Appsflyer). This role is encouraged to get a certificate in Google Ads Fundamentals, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel/Spreadsheet, Google Data Studio). Knowing the basics of SQL, Bigquery is a plus.
