Mô tả công việc
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
a. Paid search and online media management
• Optimize marketing performance campaigns to achieve specific aligned targets and develop digital marketing plan for assigned target audience
• Manage and analyze paid search leads acquisition performance while minimizing the cost of acquisition
• Identify areas for improvements and create a testing plan to improve performance
• Research, understand and respond to industry trends, audience segments and their behavior and motivations to come up with creative ideas, initiatives for social media platforms
• Lead and manage social media activities for prospective students across different platforms - Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, etc. (works with Digital Content Marketing)
• Build, manage and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to academics, writers, publishers, key opinion leaders, influencers, etc.
b. Search Engine Optimization
• Define SEO strategies to drive free traffic to the website in order to acquire leads without advertising spend
• Collaborate with product marketing and designers to improve the relevance of the website keywords
c. Website
• Monitor and optimize the performance of website traffic
• Responsible for website landing pages, implementation and email performance
• Work with media agency to track, optimize page performance; campaign performance
• Develop digital marketing plan for assigned target audience segment
• Ensure consistent brand look in accordance with company brand guideline across social media channels and website
Yêu cầu
WHAT YOU OFFER US
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or other related fields, studying abroad is a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in strategic planning for multi-digital platforms, especially social media like Facebook/ Tiktok/ Instagram
• Have working experience in a performance media agency or in the education field is a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of Google analytics and SEM-SEO implementation to effectively manage content and media performance. Experience in:
+ Optimizing landing pages and user funnels
+ Google Ads, Facebook, GDN,...
+ A/B and multivariate experiments
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
• Well-developed interpersonal skills: coordination, liaison, negotiation, and multicultural communication
• Multitasking mindset
