1. Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns
Build and manage Google Ads campaigns based on company goals and directions.
Monitor and control budget, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to ensure cost efficiency.
2. Optimize campaign performance
Conduct A/B testing, adjust keywords, audiences, and ad creatives to improve ROI.
Optimize bidding strategies and reduce unnecessary ad spend.
3. Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Configure tracking codes, events, and conversions across websites and landing pages.
Monitor user behavior to understand engagement and conversion paths.
4. Reporting & data analysis
Create weekly/monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.
Analyze GA4 & Ads data to propose marketing optimization solutions.
5. Support other marketing initiatives
Assist with remarketing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and email marketing when needed.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
2-4 years of experience managing Google Ads & GA4 campaigns.
Experience in managing digital campaigns for the U.S. market is required.
Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Strong understanding of SEM, conversion tracking, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
Experience with A/B testing and performance-based optimization.
English proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced - able to read reports, analyze data, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Google Ads or GA4 certification is a strong advantage.

Probation: up to 2 months at 85% salary.
