Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, deployment, and ongoing management of the Customer Database Platform (CDP), serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring efficient cross-functional communication.
Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing and automation campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Zalo Ads, Tiktok Ads), including strategic budget allocation and advanced split testing.
Drive continuous website performance optimization through in-depth data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, CRM reports), A/B testing, and API support to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
Proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the customer journey, transforming analytical and competitive findings into effective marketing automation strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, Design, Sales) and external agencies to ensure campaign consistency, resolve technical issues, and streamline advertising activities.
Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance and competitor activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for website optimization and overall business growth.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform changes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and strategies, including mentoring junior team members.

Job Requirements
Job Requirement:
Extensive Experience in Marketing Automation & Digital Advertising: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven expertise in CRM, martech, and automation systems and manage digital advertising campaigns.
Strong Data Analysis & Optimization Acumen: Demonstrated senior-level experience in data analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving, with the ability to derive actionable insights from web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign reports to drive optimization.
Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively in both business and technical contexts, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage projects efficiently, whether working independently or as part of a team.
Proactive, Meticulous, and Results-Oriented: Highly responsible, proactive, hardworking, and meticulous with a strong sense of ownership and a keen focus on achieving KPIs and improving ROI.
Continuous Learner & Industry Aware: Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends, new technologies, and platform changes in digital marketing; prior experience in the education sector or similar service industries is a plus.
