Digital Marketing Team Leader

We're looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic team. You'll be instrumental in shaping and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo, and more. Your expertise will be key in optimizing campaigns, maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and driving customer acquisition and retention. We're seeking someone with a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth and delivering impactful results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In-depth Campaign Optimization:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of high-performance advertising campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo, ETC.) to drive maximum revenue and profit.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign performance data, proactively identifying opportunities for ROAS improvement and ad creative optimization.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) rigorously, making data-driven decisions to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
Technical Implementation & Innovative Experimentation:
Pioneer R&D efforts for testing new platform features, tracking methodologies, bidding strategies, and groundbreaking advertising techniques to significantly enhance campaign performance.
Lead A/B testing and iteration of ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Demonstrate strong experience with and develop expertise in Pixel, Conversion API, Dynamic Ads, Automated Rules, and creative optimization tools.
Mentorship & Skill Development:
Directly mentor and train performance marketing specialists on technical skills, best practices, and new methods to optimize campaigns for purchase conversions.
Design and deliver internal training sessions on utilizing advanced advertising tools and in-depth data analysis techniques for the team.
Lead the adoption of new advertising tools and optimization strategies to stay ahead of platform changes and maximize campaign impact.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of performance marketing specialists, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Analyze performance data collaboratively with the team, making campaign adjustments to achieve higher conversion rates.
Work closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
Stay Current with Trends:
Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest digital advertising trends, best practices, and changes within the ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.
Insightful Reporting:
Provide regular, comprehensive reports to stakeholders, sharing actionable insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying new optimization opportunities.
