5. Responsible for activating posts on UMA's social media accounts and also for managing responses to feedback from fans.
Social Media Production: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Zalo
Manage posting on UMA's social media accounts

Daily posting and uploading: content, sales promotions, catalogue, event info
Work with Marketing Manager to discuss boost posting and paid likes
Evaluate social media actions with feedback reports and results

Responsible for responding to all posts by fans
Delegate to Marketing team members
Present feedback on our responses
Analyze strategies for UMA's social media accounts
Present news on current changes in social media and online strategies and regulations
Suggest changes to be made to UMA's social media accounts + blog
