JOB PURPOSE: Digital Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising tools and strategies, along with the ability to analyze data to make strategic decisions that maximize campaign effectiveness.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and post-campaign reviews for your set of brands.
Develop and follow best practices and procedures/process for media planning & operations.
Presentation of strategy and implementation ideas to clients, across different digital platforms.
Execute and monitor advertising campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and others.
Use analytical tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
Ensure campaigns are launched on time and meet objectives.
Manage digital media budgets, ensuring efficient and optimized use of funds.
Adjust budgets based on campaign performance and business objectives.
Work closely with media partners, ad service providers, and agencies to implement campaigns.
Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the campaign's smooth implementation.
Guide and train team members on digital media strategies and tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media or related roles.
Solid experience in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, DSPs, etc; marketplace & DV360 Ads are the plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
