Job Overview
We're looking for a passionate Digital Media position who thrives on data-driven insights and creative solutions, ready to shape and execute innovative digital media strategies that will elevate MUJI Vietnam's brand presence and fuel our sales and marketing success. This role requires expertise in performance marketing and a passion for connecting MUJI products and messages with the right people at the right time. The Digital Media Supervisor Assistant will manage digital ads, optimize campaigns, engage with customers, and contribute creative ideas for continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Social & Digital Media Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Management
Leverage digital advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok for MUJI Vietnam's both online and offline stores.
• Campaign Planning & Setup:
o Develop budget allocations and campaign objectives based on traffic and sales targets.
o Collaborate with the creative team to adapt messaging and visuals for ad campaigns, conducting A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Campaign Optimization & Reporting:
o Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize for key metrics.
o Perform quantitative analysis, tracking KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS, and adjusting campaigns accordingly.
o Conduct qualitative analysis of customer feedback (messages, comments, etc.) to refine messaging strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
o Develop regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
2. Community and Customer Engagement
• Respond to customer inquiries through messages, comments, and emails by providing timely and accurate information.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Analyze and report customer insights to support continuous improvement in engagement strategies.
3. Miscellaneous Tasks
• Publish and update information on digital platforms (e.g., Google Maps, company website).
• Assist in creating social media content to align with marketing strategies.
• Handle administrative tasks related to digital media campaigns and marketing activities as needed.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing Meta, Google, and TikTok ads with certification in these platforms.
• Ability to think critically and analyze campaign performance based on data and KPIs.
• Basic proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for creative adaptation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
