Job Purpose:
The Digital Payment Engagement (MGR) is responsible for executing initiatives that drive digital payment adoption and transaction volume within the TMRW app. This role focuses on managing campaigns, analysing payment behaviours, and enhancing the in-app payment experience to maximize customer engagement and usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Implement and manage engagement campaigns to drive digital payment adoption within the TMRW app, covering QR payments, online transfers, e-commerce, and bill payments.
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of in-app payment engagement initiatives.
Leverage customer segmentation and behavioural insights to personalize campaigns.
• Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Monitor key metrics, including total digital transactions and financial transactions within the TMRW app.
Use data-driven insights to optimize engagement efforts and improve transaction volumes.
Prepare reports and recommendations based on campaign performance and customer payment behaviour.
• Customer Experience & Digital Payment Adoption:
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance the digital payment journey within the TMRW app.
Identify friction points in the in-app payment process and work with relevant teams to improve user experience.
Support initiatives that encourage habitual use of digital payments among TMRW customers.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Coordinate with internal teams, including risk, compliance, and operations, to ensure smooth implementation of payment initiatives.
Engage with external partners (e.g., payment networks, fintechs) to enhance digital payment offerings within TMRW.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in banking, finance, or digital payments.
• Strong understanding of digital payment channels, transaction flows, and customer payment behaviours within mobile banking apps.
• Experience in executing and managing in-app engagement campaigns.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to execute initiatives in a fast-paced digital banking environment.
