Job Descriptions:
Any ad-hoc tasks given by the Regional Marketing Head & Digital Marketing Manager
Digital Marketing Campaign Setup & Planning (Media Buying):
• Develop digital advertising campaign plans across various channels, such as search, social media, display, affiliate marketing, programmatic ads and email marketing.
• Propose Media Plan for Campaigns to drive sales and improve ROAS & ROI.
• Set up Campaign Tracking & Integration for all Digital Marketing Channels/Platforms/Tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-develop creative assets, and other campaign materials.
E-commerce Operation (Content Management Systems):
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-develop all web pages.
• Audit and fix errors on Haravan & Shopify and other digital assets of Cocomi.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the Web Traffic and Heatmap to identify areas for improvement.
• Product Listing on Haravan & Shopify, all Marketplaces and Technical setup with other third-party enablers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as ad agencies and technology vendors.
Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization (Performance-based):
• Oversee Ad Campaigns to ensure timely and accurate Campaign Planning & Execution.
• Coordinate with partners to track and optimize Ad Performance.
• Build, manage & execute email flows & campaigns.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, including adjusting budgets, targeting, and ad creative.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Be ahead with digital knowledge and trends across key markets including Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam
• Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Resolve any issues related to ad policies, account restriction, or technical integration issues.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Continuously optimize ad campaigns to meet target ROAS and other Branding KPI.
• Communicate campaign results and insights to E-commerce Manager, Regional Marketing Head, and other stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting (Performance-Tracking):
• Analyze ads, website traffic and sales data to identify trends, optimize ad, improve UI & UX to improve Conversion Rate.
• Prepare regular reports (WOW/MOM) on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor market trends, competitor ad activities, and Audience Insights to support decision-making.
• Support the E-commerce Manager with the paperworks for Finance, Legal & Third-party Integration.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by the E-commerce Manager, Merchandise Manager, and Marketing Manager.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners and Norbreeze Group's Subsidiaries (August Berg) to ensure a reliable partnership and growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Merchandising Manager, E-commerce Manager, Marketing Manager to align Marketing and Sales strategies.
• Liaise with third-party vendors/partners to understand Digital Marketing & Sales requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues promptly.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Information System/Technology or Web Development or Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Digital Marketing, SEO & SEM, Web Development or a similar role.
• Strong team player with a results-oriented and sales-driven mindset and focused on achieving specific marketing objectives, such as increasing revenue or driving customer acquisition.
• Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing Funnel, Campaign Management, and end-to-end Digital Marketing & E-commerce operations and digital marketing channels/platforms/touchpoints
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing & E-commerce software/tools/platforms (hand-on experiences)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, can-do attitude, ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with industry trends, new algorithms, new digital marketing tools and E-commerce processes.
• Detail-oriented with planning & organization with strong analytical skills: a strong understanding of data analysis and being able to use data to propose informed decisions about campaign optimization.
• Creative thinking: be able to think creatively and come up with innovative approaches to drive results.
• Attention to detail: ensuring that everything is executed flawlessly across all digital channels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with team members & partners.
