POSITION OVERVIEW
Run Google, Meta, YouTube, and regional ad platforms with AI as your creative engine. You will work directly with global customers from our HCMC office. You are not "a marketer with AI assistance" - you are an AI-powered Growth operator who owns the full funnel: from creative generation, to media buying, to landing page build, to conversion optimization. You will deliver the output of an entire performance marketing team, by yourself, every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Production at Scale
• Generate ad copy, static images, and video creatives at scale using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, VibeX, among others)
• Design and execute systematic A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and placements
• Build creative iteration loops where winning concepts are scaled and losers are killed fast
Paid Media Management
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and regional ad platforms (KR / JP / CN where applicable)
• Own and continuously improve CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV-payback metrics
• Allocate budgets across channels based on real-time performance data
• Manage attribution, pixel/tag implementation, and conversion tracking integrity
Landing Pages & CRO
• Build landing pages and product detail pages directly using VibeX (no
developer dependency)
• Run continuous conversion rate optimization: heatmaps, session replays, hypothesis testing
• Coordinate page-level experiments with ad-level experiments for true full-funnel optimization
Analytics & Reporting
• Set up and maintain GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking
• Build dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, or custom via VibeX) for weekly performance reviews
• Translate data into actionable next steps, not just reports
AI Workflow Innovation
• Continuously discover and integrate new AI tools and workflows into your daily operations
• Document and share repeatable AI-powered playbooks with the global team
• Provide product feedback to the VibeX team based on real campaign use cases

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
• Proven hands-on track record in digital performance marketing - you have planned, launched, and optimized campaigns with real budget
• Real accountability for results (not just supporting/assisting roles)
• Demonstrated ability to improve CAC and ROAS on campaigns you personally owned
Technical Skills
• Proficient with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting)
• Comfortable reading conversion data, building funnel analyses, and identifying drop-off points
• Solid understanding of attribution models, pixel/tag setup, and tracking integrity
AI Capability (Critical)
• Daily, hands-on user of AI tools for content, creative, analytics, and workflow automation
• Able to demonstrate at least one real piece of marketing work produced primarily with AI
• Strong prompt engineering instinct - you know how to get AI to deliver real output, not just drafts
• AI capability is our #1 hiring criterion - more important than years of experience
Language
• English required (business level) - able to write ad copy, build reports, and communicate campaign performance to global stakeholders
• Japanese or Chinese proficiency is an advantage

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience marketing SaaS, dev tools, or AI products
• Familiarity with vibe coding / no-code platforms (VibeX, v0, Lovable, Bolt, etc.)
• Prior startup experience or solo project where you ran growth end-to-end
• Experience with KR / JP / CN regional ad platforms (Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, Baidu, etc.)
• Background in CRO, growth hacking, or community-led growth
