Mô tả công việc
* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Digital Development Manager (DDM) is responsible for leading and strategizing digital transformation roadmap for the organization. Being a core part of the business who aligns teams with ascertaining business requirements and looking for technological capabilities inside the internal infrastructure. Especially, DDM carries out a specific investigation to understand what are the digital necessities of the workforce. While bringing digital business transformation in, DDM has to make sure data analytics capabilities are built.
- Develop, implement, supervise and drive objectives and targets at management level and in accordance with internal departments and organizational strategy, to gain optimal solutions. Allocate, utilize and optimize ScanCom resources in the most effective way. Identify and grow human talent and a performance driven spirit to enhance ScanCom's reputation in the market.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
- Develop, plan, analyze and execution to the company's overall digital transformation strategy.
- Leverage data analytics for assessing processes and determine requirements to deliver policy recommendations.
- Provides strategic guidance, issue escalation and resolution, and thought leadership.
- Provide project tracking plan to delivery teams, ensuring that initiatives are on track, appropriately resourced and risks and issues are appropriately managed.
- Establish and monitor key metrics that support deployment of ScanCom methodology, scaling and enablement. Develop and implement mitigation for any under-performing metrics.
- Effectively partner with other departments and process owners to establish company's system standards and optimizations to ensure alignment and the expansion of ScanCom.
- Actively research for new digital solutions which are applicable to company's corporate system.
* WORKING RELATIONSHIP
1. Internal: All relevant departments in ScanCom Viet Nam
2. External: Customers or any third parties in case
3. Reporting:
3.1 Superior: Global Finance Director
3.2. Subordinate: Business Intelligent Team (4 people)
Yêu cầu
* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
* Must requirement:
- Bachelor Degree major in Business Analysis, Economics, Information Management.
- Business analysis or project management, at least 05 years experience
- At least 05 years in management position
* Important requirement:
- Having expertise skill in using computer especially MS Power Platform (Excel, Power BI,...)
- At least 5+ years of experience in Technology/ERP systems/IT system in furniture or production manners.
Experience in Digital Transformation at manufacturing industries is an advantage.
Good experience in supporting departments in automate process efficiently and optimize reports.
- Experience of managing, vendor selection and management etc
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
- High proficiency in system design, application development (SDLC), business and IT processes, and information security;
- Proven ability to effectively operate and communicate in a matrix environment and work effectively with business management, customers, and across business and organizational boundaries.
- Proven track record to work independently, while achieving aggressive personal and geographic objectives. Highly motivated, "can do" attitude with strongly influential management skills
