Mô tả công việc
1.To assist in the implementation of the hotel's Events Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue departments;
2.To ensures that the Events activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate;
3.To ensure that the room and banquet space inventories are reviewed weekly and that strategies are formulated to fill low occupancy periods;
4.To make sure that other Sales associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of "We work through Teams";
5.To work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Yêu cầu
1.At least 10 years work experience
2.At least 1year same position work experience
3.Strong Event and wedding sales skill and resource relationships
4.Fluent spoken English
5. Hainan province work experience is perferred
