• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence to reach target.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Define contact and account quality standards in the database, defining processes and data acquisition strategies.
• Maintain
sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Co-ordinate & communication with other related operation departments to implement targeted sales strategy.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Major: Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Economics
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in 4-5 star hotels/restaurants.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of hotel, restaurant operations, and hotel business activities.
Leadership skills: Good leadership and team management skills.
Skills: Good negotiation and communication skills, strong planning and organizing skills, coaching and employee development skills.
Computer skills: Proficient in using office software applications.
Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
