About the job
Google Workspace from Google Cloud is a smart, simple, and secure family of productivity apps - Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Meet, Chat, and more. They are designed to simplify work and increase the productivity of teams with real-time collaboration built in from the start. With Google Workspace, information can flow freely between devices, apps, people, and teams, so great ideas never get left in the margins again.
To advance our personalized AI-driven user experiences, we've created a unified Search and Context organization under GenAI Foundations. This integration streamlines prioritization and deepens our alignment with engineering partners, building on our long history of innovation in search.
We are now forming the Workspace Universal Context Product Management team to unify our strategy for context, search, grounding, and user intent. As the Director of Product for Workspace Search, you will lead this initiative, driving product strategy and inspiring a talented team to accelerate AI capabilities across Workspace. You will build a global product team, working with engineering, design, and marketing to define strategy and create cross-Workspace AI search experiences. A key part of the role is to re-imagine search with AI while cultivating a collaborative team environment. You will also engage with customers and internal stakeholders to translate user needs into technical designs.
