• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence to reach target
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Define contact and account quality standards in the database, defining processes and data acquisition strategies
• Be responsible for Reservation & Marketing activities; monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs
• Maintain
sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
• Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Co-ordinate & communication with other related operation departments to implement targeted sales strategy
