Professionally handle dispute cases related to return process
Dealing with issues related to operating/ system errors that might affect customer experience
Dealing with user complaints on social media that might affect company branding
Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate and analyze problems; find out the root causes and propose solutions that effectively recover Customer Experience
Clarifying the customer's complaints, resolve customer issues or follow escalation process
Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
Take high responsibility in serving customers by wow Customer Success
Assist team lead in other tasks assigned
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in business or related field
1-2 years' experience in Ecommerce/Finance/Banking and/or have experience handling payment gateways: Paypal, Stripe,...
Good knowledge in eCommerce platform/ Fintech/ Digital banking are advantages
Good relationship with internal and partners
Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Attractive NET salary: 9 000 000 - 12 000 000 VND
Salary according to KPI and monthly performance
