Job Scope
- Create manually calculating access tools to create/crosscheck results/tax/ payment/ reports for Different compensation scheme, complicated statistics, sales reports to management & sale force
Main Responsibility
1. Sales management responsibilities:
Responsible for validation, commission, KPIs, incentives, contests , tax, payments calculation, provided to management & sale force ... for assigned channels.
2. Relationship management:
- Compensation & Incentives Planning (receive & review contests)
- AD, PD, DT, DS, DC, CS & Agency Force of all channels to support sales
- IT to request for developing & UAT system to support DA daily activities: calculation of commission, KPIs, incentives, validations, tax, payment of all distribution channels, partners
- FIN to process payment to all distribution channels
- Internal/External Audit: supply all document & samples which they require
3. Training activities:
- Developing skillful and professional team with various and effective training and coaching
- Back up backup for for the Team Leader
4. Activity management
- Implementing projects related to Compensation of assigned channel to ensure the matching of requirements and system capability
- Deliver assigned channels' Compensation related tasks, both routine and ad-hoc to meet multi-requirements on timely manner
- Builds new, automates and enhances current calculating tools, including all incentives, contests, reports to ensure timely and accurate communication & payment to sales force
5. Key challenges of this role:
- Rush of business requirements to adapt the rapid changes of business in the competitive environment (new compensation, new [protected info] immediately)
- System is not ready for all business requirements or changes, required skillful staff to self-develop manual tools to calculate incentives, contests, reports...
Yêu cầu
• University Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Business Administration or IT/technical related
• Administration process and procedure in Multi-national companies: at least 3- 5 years
• Compensation/reports related experience in Multi-national life insurance companies: at least 3-5 years
• Systems development Exposure
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Access
• Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities
• Very good Communication and presentation skill in both Vietnamese and English
• Teamwork spirit.
